Michelle and I extend our warmest thoughts and wishes to all those who are celebrating Kwanzaa this holiday season. Today [Dec. 26] is the first of a joyful seven-day celebration of African American culture and heritage.

The seven principles of Kwanzaa -- unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity and faith -- are some of the very values that make us Americans.

As families across America and around the world light the Kinara today in the spirit of umoja, or unity, our family sends our well wishes and blessings for a happy and healthy new year.

WOW! Thank you PotUS! To remind everyone of the genesis of Kwanzaa I decided to resurrect my very first blog from January 2008. Hope you enjoy learning about who actually started the made-up holiday of Kwanzaa. My thoughts from 2008:

The end of 2008 just seemed to be lacking something! The Messiah had been elected and would soon solve all our problems, pay our mortgages, fill our tanks with cheap gas and stabilize our bankrupt economic system... yet something was missing! I heard Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Holidays & Happy Hanukkah greetings as I passed friends in the street and listened to radio and TV spots... yet... something was missing! What was it? Then I suddenly remembered... KWANZAA.... what the hell happened to KWANZAA in 2008?

You remember KWANZAA... that pseudo holiday created in 1966 by Ronald McKinley Everett; aka: Ron Everett; Ron Karenga; Ron Ndabezitha Everett-Karenga (Ndabezitha being Zulu for 'your majesty'). Yup, the same Ron Karenga known for his 'United Slaves' organization and his connections to the Black Panthers. You guessed it, the same Ron Karenga convicted in 1971 of felony assault and false imprisonment for assaulting and torturing over a two day period two women from the United Slaves organization, Deborah Jones and Gail Davis. That's right, the Ron Karenga that whipped Deborah Jones and Gail Davis with an electrical cord and beat them with a karate baton after being ordered to remove their clothes. Yes, the same Ron Karenga that placed a hot soldering iron in Miss Davis' mouth and against her face and tightened a vise on her big toe and put detergent and running hoses in their mouths. What a guy! Yes, that's the same Ron Karenga we all know and love… the creator of KWANZAA!

Now you remember KWANZAA don't you? That weeklong celebration that has its roots in the Black Nationalist movement of the 1960s, and was established as a means to help African Americans reconnect with their African cultural and historical heritage by uniting in meditation and study of "African traditions" and "common humanist principles". (Just a note: Since when is torture a "common humanist principle"?) I digress.... KWANZAA... the last seven days of the year spent in celebration, featuring activities such as candle-lighting and pouring of libations, and culminating in a feast and gift giving. Now I'm sure you remember KWANZAA!

Al Gore lied... James Lee died!


One of Al Gore's Eco-Jihadists, James Lee, went off the eco deep end and got his brains blown out in the Discovery Channel offices the other day. A fitting end to a "Gore kamikaze"!

Gore's statement the 'US Senate has failed the American people by not passing Cap and Trade' was an obvious "eco call to arms" and wackos like James Lee took Gore seriously. How sad! Al Gore lied... James Lee died! (Hey... if it was good enough for Bush... then it's good enough for Gore!)

If you didn't notice the IPCC took it in the ear last week when the InterAcademy Council, an independent association of the best scientists and engineers worldwide formed in 2000 to give high-quality advice to international bodies, released a scientific review of the IPCC's practices... and found them scientifically wanting! WOW... in scientific speak... that's pretty insulting! It's like saying "you're an idiot, your data is baseless, flawed and you have NO scientific credibility!

Example: The much touted IPCC's 4th Assessment Report claimed in 2007 that Himalayan glaciers were rapidly melting and would possibly be gone by 2035. Now to make a scientific claim of such magnitude you would think the IPCC would base their position upon solid peer-reviewed scientific data... but NO... in reality the IPCC claim was based upon speculation, in a phone interview, by a single scientist. Speculation... not science! No control, no data... "scientifically wanting"! Just one example exposed by the Climate Gate emails.

James Lee actually believed Al Gore's inconvenient baloney! Gore is an eco-pimp! He profits from selling the "eco-apocalypse"... and has made a forture doing it! Does Gore actually believe in what he sells... absolutely not! He lives in massive homes sucking up carbon based energy. He flies on carbon fuel sucking jets and travels in carbon fuel guzzling SUV motorcades. Not only is Gore an "eco-pimp" but he's and "eco-hypocrite"! Sadly, James Lee was a Gore tree hugging minion and it cost him his life!

Al Gore can be proud he's turned political messaging into a violent extreme!

You must have failed Econ 101


Dear Mr. President,

(I'm sorry... but I find it difficult to address BHO, the clown in the above picture, as Mr. President, but out of respect for the office, and some before him, I need use the term Mr. President!)

So... Mr. President... I know you went to the most prestigious Universities in America (paid for by the the taxpayers... thank you) and I know you received multiple degrees. I know you have many years experience in such high pressure jobs as a Law Professor, government servant and Community Organizer (whatever the hell that is) but you must have failed Econ 101 as a freshman. So... as a trained economist, business owner, employer and parent from flyover country... let me educate you... and explain how the U.S. Economy works. It's really very simple.

For every dollar taken out of our economy to pay for useless government programs, wasteful and unproductive stimulus packages or systematic government waste, fraud and abuse... that's one dollar that cannot be used to make the economy grow. You see, once that dollar leaves the private sector it can't be used grow our economy. It can't be used to expand an existing business. It can't be used to hire unemployed workers. It can't be used to invest in new technology. It's gone... gone into that vast wasteland known as the federal government... where nothing productive comes of it... unless you (and you obviously do) consider a massive expansion of federal government programs and federal government power grab, a productive result.

Obviously your advisers are disciples John Maynard Keynes. I know, I know... he was 'state of the art' at the time I attended undergraduate school. But if you and your advisers actually follow Keynes then you've forgotten one very important point of Keynesian economic theory... and that is; If the government is to be the vehicle to stimulate the economy, borrow massive sums of money from foreign governments, thus, stealing future generation's economic freedom and pump those dollars into unproductive programs that attempt to increase employment and, thus, generate tax revenue... then you have to pay back the debt! Yes, Keynes' theory made it very clear borrowing to stimulate is acceptable... but what you and many of your predecessors have forgotten is that Keynes made it very clear the debt has to be paid back with the increased tax revenue generated by the stimulated economic activity... or bad things happen... like inflation, high unemployment, stagnant economic growth, deflation and hyper-inflation! (Honestly... Keynes theory was just that... theory! In practical application Keynes theroy has been proved wrong multiple times. In case you haven't noticed... you can't tax and spend your way out of a recession!)

The annual deficit under your Administration is now 4 times higher than Bush II's highest deficit. I might add, your Administration has projected annual trillion dollar deficits as far as you can see. You have added more debt to our nation's total debt than ALL your predecessors... combined! Sir... you are proving yourself to be the clownish, man child pictured above!

An iPod can be a dangerous thing!


President Obama, who is repeatedly reported to be a crack berry addict, goes to Hampton University for a commencement speech and rags on technology, communication and the opposing view.

Here's a guy that uses email, Face Book, Twitter, text messaging, the White House web site and tailored a portion of his campaign around modern communication methods to spread his word to the younger, tech savvy voter (remember... he even advertised in a xBox game), and he's complaining about political analysts and commentators utilizing the same technology to oppose the fundamental transformation of America into a European style social welfare State.

From his speech: With so many voices clamoring for attention on blogs, on cable, on talk radio, it can be difficult, at times, to sift through it all... to figure out telling the truth and who's not... Even some of the craziest claims can quickly gain traction. I've had some experience with that myself.

So 'clamoring voices' is Obama code for bloggers, 'cable' is Obama code for Fox News, 'talk radio' is Obama code for Limbaugh/Beck/Levin/Medvid/Hannity/Coulter et al. The whinier and chief just can't stand opposition to his policies. What ever happened to George Washington's idea that... "we will met on the battlefield of ideas"!

As the leftists lose on the battlefield of ideas... As Government incurs massive debt that can never be repaid... As Government takes over auto manufacturing, banking, finance, insurance and health care... As opposition to the fundamental transformation of American continues to grow... As the Federal Government fails to protect its' citizens and boarders and individual States are forced to take boarder security into their own hands... the thin skinned President of the United States begins the demonetization of modern communication, technology and ultimately... the First Amendment... because it provides an outlet for the opposition.

I'm no Bush fan... but if Bush would have made this speech the left wing media would have gone crazy. Let's not forget... the Obama Administration is presently in Court claiming you have no right to privacy in you emails... imagine if Bush would have done that! So where is the press now? Oh... and the last time I checked Obama has continued the Bush program of listening to foreign communications coming into the U.S. ... certainly you remember Obama and the leftist press railing against that Bush security program during the campaign... yet it continues with not a word from the left wing press.

PBO is the most thin skinned clown ever to become PotUS. He is laying the ground work for a modern progressive position that... If you are in opposition to the Obama progressive-leftists-socialist programs then you are an enemy of the State and the Government needs to limit access to your opinion... ie... Woodrow Wilson!

It's time for the 2nd American Revolution!

The United Nations is responsible for Boobquake!


Here's just one example of how United Nations is really screwed up!

The UN Commission on the Status of Woman, a functional commission of the UN Economic and Social Council and is dedicated exclusively to gender equality and the advancement of woman. Sounds great! Very 'Progressive'! Well... Iran was just handed a 4 year seat on the influential human rights body!

Yes... Iran! That wonder theocratic state where stoning women is enshrined in Islamic Law and lashings are required for women judged 'immodest'! Where Islamic Law dictates women are NOT equal... where Tehran's Police Chief recently ordered a crackdown on 'suntanned women and girls who walk around looking like mannequins in an effort to cleanse social misbehaviour'. Yes... Iran, where Islamic Cleric, Hojatoleslam Kazem Sedighi, recently proclaimed 'immodest cleavage' causes natural disasters... like earthquakes!

(OK! ... as I look stunned, jaw dropped and scratching my head... I ask... Did I really hear that from someone living in the 21st century?)

Wow... Iran now holds a seat on the UN Commission on the Status of Women! Other such notable Countries that have held seats on this prestigious commission are: China... noted for drowning new born baby girls in rice paddy's and Saudi Arabia where women are considered property. Just another outstanding move by the UN.

Basically, the UN is a joke and barely functions as an organization delivering food to refugees.

Now if you make more than $200,000 a year, all of Monday and Tuesday and most all of Wednesday will go toward paying taxes!

And now the Democrats are floating the idea of a VAT (value added tax)... basically a national sales tax... on everything! So where's the 'Value" in taxing virtually everything you touch, see, smell, eat or buy?

So what's the incentive? Let's all just go on Government subsistence and let the rest of the Country take care of us.

Arrogant Congressmen are going to cram Healthcare Reform down your throat!


The House leadership is trying to figure a way to force Healthcare Reform down the throats of the American People. House Democrats may even 'deem' it passed because none of them want their name associated with voting for it. The next few days will be very interesting.

Why? Because the American People don't want government involved with their healthcare! This is a... "transformation moment" in American history. This is that moment that Obama was referring to when he said 'in just 5 days we start transforming America".

Government is out of control and it's time to reflect on some of my favorite "Founding Father's" quotes on government. (For those of you that are products of outcome based education you'll need to actually read a document call the Declaration of Independence, penned by Thomas Jefferson, and the United States Constitution as prerequisites to the these quotes)

'The System Worked'!... about as well as the terrorist bomb!


After a terrorist, on the 'Terrorist Watch List', got on a NW/Delta flight from Amsterdam to Detroit, and then tried to blow up the plane, our highly intelligent DHS Chief, Janet Napolitano, declared on Sunday... 'the system worked'!

Let's examine just how well 'the system' actually worked!

1) A known Al Qeada sympathiser, on the Terrorist Watch List, was issued a VISA to visit the U.S. DAHHHH! How did the State Department issue this guy a VISA? Let's see... who's Sec of State... Oh... It's Hillary!

2) The terrorist was ban from entering the U.K. but ok'ed to come to the USA! Again... why was a VISA issued to this guy?

3) Even his Father had warned authorities his son had become 'radicalized' and should be watched! Why didn't someone in DHS take this seriously?

4) It was known he recently visited Yemen... a hot bed for terrorist training! Gee...maybe we should listen to a prominent family member when he warns everyone of a pending problem!

5) A recent report indicates the terrorist may NOT have even had a passport but was still allowed to board the plane! WOW... how did that happen? Someone needs to have their ass kicked for that!

6) Inexpensive 'scanning and detection' technology, which is available now and could have detected the loaded underwear, was not used to screen this clown. But... we are still using magnetometers to pick-up large metal objects... like guns!

7) The terrorist paid for his ticket with cash, had no luggage and no return ticket! Gee... who would think that could be an indicator?

But... according to our DHS Chief said "the system worked'! It looks like 'the system worked' about as well as the terrorist's bomb! Did we get lucky here? I think we did... and it's exposed another incompetent Obama appointment!

The Obama Administration has been so busy trying to destroy Capitalism and individual freedom, they've dropped the ball on their first priority... protecting our Homeland and citizens! If Janet Napolitano had any credibility she'd resign after making such a stupid statement. It's obvious she has no idea what she is doing! A vote of NO CONFIDENCE!

The only thing that worked in this situation was the passenger that jumped this guy and foiled the bombing.

1) There is “no real scientific proof” that the current warming is caused by the rise of greenhouse gases from man’s activity.

7) The 0.7C increase in the average global temperature over the last hundred years is entirely consistent with well-established, long-term, natural climate trends.

8) The IPCC theory is driven by just 60 scientists and favorable reviewers not the 4,000 usually cited.

9) Leaked e-mails from British climate scientists – in a scandal known as “Climate-gate” - suggest that data has been manipulated to exaggerate global warming

15) Professor Plimer, Professor of Geology and Earth Sciences at the University of Adelaide, stated that the idea of taking a single trace gas in the atmosphere, accusing it and finding it guilty of total responsibility for climate change, is an “absurdity”

16) A Harvard University astrophysicist and geophysicist, Willie Soon, said he is “embarrassed and puzzled” by the shallow science in papers that support the proposition that the earth faces a climate crisis caused by global warming.

17) The science of what determines the earth’s temperature is in fact far from settled or understood.

18) Despite activist concerns over CO2 levels, CO2 is a minor greenhouse gas, unlike water vapor which is tied to climate concerns, and which we can’t even pretend to control

63) It is claimed that the average global temperature was relatively unchanging in pre-industrial times but sky-rocketed since 1900, and will increase by several degrees more over the next 100 years according to Penn State University researcher Michael Mann. There is no convincing empirical evidence that past climate was unchanging, nor that 20th century changes in average global temperature were unusual or unnatural.

64) Michael Mann of Penn State University has actually shown that the Medieval Warm Period and the Little Ice Age did in fact exist, which contrasts with his earlier work which produced the “hockey stick graph” which showed a constant temperature over the past thousand years or so followed by a recent dramatic upturn.

65) The globe’s current approach to climate change in which major industrialized countries agree to nonsensical targets for their CO2 emissions by a given date, as it has been under the Kyoto system, is very expensive.

66) The “Climate-gate” scandal revealed that a scientific team had emailed one another about using a “trick” for the sake of concealing a “decline” in temperatures when looking at the history of the Earth’s temperature.

67) Global temperatures have not risen in any statistically-significant sense for 15 years and have actually been falling for nine years. 70) Richard Lindzen, Professor of Atmospheric Sciences at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, wrote: “The notion of a static, unchanging climate is foreign to the history of the Earth or any other planet with a fluid envelope. Such hysteria (over global warming) simply represents the scientific illiteracy of much of the public, the susceptibility of the public to the substitution of repetition for truth.”

71) Despite the 1997 Kyoto Protocol’s status as the flagship of the fight against climate change it has been a failure.

72) The first phase of the EU’s Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), which ran from 2005 to 2007 was a failure. Huge over-allocation of permits to pollute led to a collapse in the price of carbon from €33 to just €0.20 per tonne meaning the system did not reduce emissions at all.

73) The EU trading scheme, to manage carbon emissions has completely failed and actually allows European businesses to duck out of making their emissions reductions at home by offsetting, which means paying for cuts to be made overseas instead.

74) To date “cap and trade” carbon markets have done almost nothing to reduce emissions.

75) In the United States , the cap-and-trade is an approach designed to control carbon emissions and will impose huge costs upon American citizens via a carbon tax on all goods and services produced in the United States. The average family of four can expect to pay an additional $1700, or £1,043, more each year. It is predicted that the United States will lose more than 2 million jobs as the result of cap-and-trade schemes.

76) Dr Roy Spencer, a principal research scientist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, has indicated that out of the 21 climate models tracked by the IPCC the differences in warming exhibited by those models is mostly the result of different strengths of positive cloud feedback – and that increasing CO2 is insufficient to explain global-average warming in the last 50 to 100 years.

77) Why should politicians devote our scarce resources in a globally competitive world to a false and ill-defined problem, while ignoring the real problems the entire planet faces, such as: poverty, hunger, disease or terrorism.

78) A proper analysis of ice core records from the past 650,000 years demonstrates that temperature increases have come before, and not resulted from, increases in CO2 by hundreds of years.

79) Since the cause of global warming is mostly natural, then there is in actual fact very little we can do about it. (We are still not able to control the sun).

80) A substantial number of the panel of 2,500 climate scientists on the United Nation’s International Panel on Climate Change, which created a statement on scientific unanimity on climate change and man-made global warming, were found to have serious concerns.

81) The UK’s Met Office has been forced this year to re-examine 160 years of temperature data after admitting that public confidence in the science on man-made global warming has been shattered by revelations about the data.

82) Politicians and activists push for renewable energy sources such as wind turbines under the rhetoric of climate change, but it is essentially about money – under the system of Renewable Obligations. Much of the money is paid for by consumers in electricity bills. It amounts to £1 billion a year.

87) The Government’s Renewable Energy Strategy contains a massive increase in electricity generation by wind power costing around £4 billion a year over the next twenty years. The benefits will be only £4 to £5 billion overall (not per annum). So costs will outnumber benefits by a range of between eleven and seventeen times.

88) Whilst CO2 levels have indeed changed for various reasons, human and otherwise, just as they have throughout history, the CO2 content of the atmosphere has increased since the beginning of the industrial revolution, and the growth rate has now been constant for the past 25 years.

89) It is a myth that CO2 is a pollutant, because nitrogen forms 80% of our atmosphere and human beings could not live in 100% nitrogen either: CO2 is no more a pollutant than nitrogen is and CO2 is essential to life.

90) Politicians and climate activists make claims to rising sea levels but certain members in the IPCC chose an area to measure in Hong Kong that is subsiding. They used the record reading of 2.3 mm per year rise of sea level.

91) The accepted global average temperature statistics used by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change show that no ground-based warming has occurred since 1998.

92) If one factors in non-greenhouse influences such as El Nino events and large volcanic eruptions, lower atmosphere satellite-based temperature measurements show little, if any, global warming since 1979, a period over which atmospheric CO2 has increased by 55 ppm (17 per cent).

93) US President Barack Obama pledged to cut emissions by 2050 to equal those of 1910 when there were 92 million Americans. In 2050, there will be 420 million Americans, so Obama’s promise means that emissions per head will be approximately what they were in 1875. It simply will not happen.

94) The European Union has already agreed to cut emissions by 20 percent to 2020, compared with 1990 levels, and is willing to increase the target to 30 percent. However, these are unachievable and the EU has already massively failed with its Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), as EU emissions actually rose by 0.8 percent from 2005 to 2006 and are known to be well above the Kyoto goal.

95) Australia has stated it wants to slash greenhouse emissions by up to 25 percent below 2000 levels by 2020, but the pledges were so unpopular that the country’s Senate has voted against the carbon trading Bill, and the Opposition’s Party leader has now been ousted by a climate change skeptic.

96) Canada plans to reduce emissions by 20 percent compared with 2006 levels by 2020, representing approximately a 3 percent cut from 1990 levels but it simultaneously defends its Alberta tar sands emissions and its record as one of the world’s highest per-capita emissions setters.

97) India plans to reduce the ratio of emissions to production by 20-25 percent compared with 2005 levels by 2020, but all Government officials insist that since India has to grow for its development and poverty alleviation, it has to emit, because the economy is driven by carbon.

98) The Leipzig Declaration in 1996, was signed by 110 scientists who said: “We – along with many of our fellow citizens – are apprehensive about the climate treaty conference scheduled for Kyoto, Japan, in December 1997” and “based on all the evidence available to us, we cannot subscribe to the politically inspired world view that envisages climate catastrophes and calls for hasty actions.”

99) A US Oregon Petition Project stated “We urge the United States government to reject the global warming agreement that was written in Kyoto, Japan in December, 1997, and any other similar proposals. The proposed limits on greenhouse gases would harm the environment, hinder the advance of science and technology, and damage the health and welfare of mankind. There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of CO2, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate.”

100) A report by the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change concluded “We find no support for the IPCC’s claim that climate observations during the twentieth century are either unprecedented or provide evidence of an anthropogenic effect on climate.”

Interesting... a President with a 44% approval rating is instructing a representative government body with a 28% approval rating to pass a MAJOR legislative act that will fundamentally change AMERICA that has only a 34% approval rating.

Whatever happened to legislators representing their constituents? How can a President with less than half the population supporting him, demand a governing body with barely over 1 in 4 voters supporting them, pass a bill, (which will destroy the best, most advanced and innovative healthcare system in the world), that only 34% of American citizens want passed? What the hell is wrong with this picture?

I had a dream!


Obama strides up to the podium and starts his address:

My fellow Americans.

As we all know the America is experiencing an economic downturn. Although not as serious as the great depression (although it may get that bad if the dollar collapses) the failing economy has affected a significant portion of the American population. I am here tonight to announce a major change in my economic philosophy and policy.

As you know I have no experience in the private sector. I have never held a ‘real’ job! I have never produced anything or contributed to economic system! I have never run a business, made a payroll or employed anyone. I have always worked in the ‘public’ or ‘not for profit sector’, thus, I have very little understanding of capitalism or the free enterprise system. I have always surrounded myself with Leftists, Socialists, Marxists, Communists and generally Anti-Capitalists…. but… today, I have seen the failure of their ways and the fallacy of these economic philosophies. Today, I am announcing a series of new economic policies to re-energize our free enterprise economic system.

Starting immediately I am asking Congress to make the following changes to our Tax System:

Reduce the maximum personal rate tax rate to a maximum of 10%.

Freeze government spending and limit Federal spending to collected tax receipts. I have determined tax cuts stimulate economic growth faster and more efficiently than any Government program. In addition, tax cuts actually increase Government receipts as a direct result of an expanding economy as proven by the Reagan and Bush tax cuts of the 1980’s and 2000’s… Tax rates were cut, thus, providing more capital for business investments and expansion and resulting increased tax receipts collected by the IRS and increase employment. The days of old, out of date Keynesian economic theory is over.

Freeze the $787 billion Stimulus Bill of 2009. It has failed to stimulate the economy. Government spending cannot stimulate the economy. You cannot spend your way out of a recession. In addition, the majority of the money appropriated doesn’t get spent until mid to late 2010 or just in time for the next congressional election and will have no positive effect on today’s economy.

I am announcing an immediate suspension of all payroll taxes and employer matching funds. Let the American people keep what they earn to feed and house their families, educate their children and invest their hard earned money in what they determine is right for them… not what the Government determines is best for its citizens.

An economic recovery cannot be sustained without job creation. Businesses today have cut employment down to muscle and bone. They have eliminated all the fat in their firms and operations. Frankly, many businesses have learned they can make money or at least survive during this downturn at significantly reduced employment levels. Expanding our economic system will create jobs and sustain an economic recovery. We must adopt incentives for small business since small business employs 80% of Americans and is the backbone of our economic system. We must in the future reduce the tax and regulation burden on small business to sustain any economic recovery.

My administration has created a $1.4 trillion dollar deficit this year alone. This sum is more than all the deficits accumulated from all Presidents and Administrations since the inception of our Country… all in just 10 months! This is unsustainable and basically immoral. It will rob our children of a sound economic future since our children will have to pay for our outrageous spending with exorbitant tax rates in the future.

This is just the first of many new policies my administration will adopt over the next few months in an all out effort to get our economy moving again, to get American’s back to work and help build a stronger American. A strong America contributes to a more stable world.

Over the next few weeks you can expect my administration to announce more new policies designed to stimulate our economy and help you create a better future for you and your family.

Whoopi Goldberg is an Idiot!

BACKGROUND: Roman Polanski faced charges of rape and sodomy of a 13 years girl in 1978. He pled guilty to sexual intercourse with a minor and spent 42 days in jail during a psychological evaluation. Upon release from the evaluation period and pending sentencing for the admitted crime, he fled the USA. His comment was “You know what, this guy’s going to give me 100 years in jail. I’m not staying” and he ran. His 13 year old victim told a grand jury the director plied her with champagne and drugs and took nude pictures of her in a hot tub. Then Polanski had oral, anal and sexual intercourse with the 13 year old despite her resistance and requests to be taken home.

So here we are 30 years later. Roman Polanski travels to Zurich, Switzerland and U.S. authorities arrest him and he faces extradition back to the U.S. for sentencing of the admitted crime.

Now comes one of the most ignorant statements you’ll ever hear! Whoopi Goldberg’s comment was... "I know it wasn't rape-rape. I think it was something else, but I don't believe it was rape-rape.

Just so I understand Whoopi... you don’t consider using liquor and drugs on a 13 year old girl and forcing her to have sex despite her resistance... as rape? “It’s something else”... but it’s not rape according to Whoopi!
Whoopi... so is “rape-rape” different than “rape”? Whoopi... please define “rape-rape” and how it differs from just plain “rape”?

2nd American Revolution!




What do I mean by the ‘2nd American Revolution’.

I close most of my politically oriented blogs with the same statement: “Wake-Up America… It’s time for the 2nd American Revolution”. Someone ask me… exactly what do I mean by that statement? Do you mean a full civil uprising? A violent takeover of Congress?… maybe the White House? … and then there’s the Judicial Branch? A Coup de Grace of sorts? An unprecedented use of the Military? Citizens marching into the Capitol and offering the lying, self serving scoundrels a simple choice: 1) leave now… never to return inside the beltway… or 2) be machine gunned in your seat?

What exactly do I mean when I say… “It’s time for the 2nd American Revolution! It’s pretty simple… any or all of the above! I really don’t care how it’s done but we need a dramatic change in Washington D.C. We need to return to the ideals established by the founding fathers and the principles of the U.S. Constitution. Our nation’s Capitol is full of corrupt politicians, lobbyists, liars, tax cheats, modern day money changers, criminals in white collars…basically… almost all of our representatives are scum bags and need to be removed from inside the beltway.

Here’s a few suggestions:
1) We need ‘Term Limits’. 2 terms in the House and one term in the Senate. If you’re in now… you’re out at the next election and you must stay out for at least 2 terms before you can return. No longer can being a politician be a ‘full time’ job. It's a privledge and honor to serve your constituents… not a career! In addition, ALL elections will be publicly funded. Evenly funded with no outside organization trying to buy politicians!
2) Nullify ALL CFR’s (Codes of Federal Regulations) and return to State Law for your legal system. Yes there will be some confusion but the States will work out the details.
3) Outlaw lobbyists. Anyone attempting to influence a politician with any type of financial gain will face a minimum of 30 years, hard time, with no chance for parole on the first offense… the death sentence on the second offense!
4) Congress will only be in session a maximum of 3 month per year. If they are not ‘in session’… they can’t spend billions we don’t have!
5) Eliminate deficit spending unless in the case of a national security approved and confirmed by a majority of State Legislatures.
6) The Executive Branch of the Federal Government should only be involved in a very limited number of matters.
a) the use of active duty military on foreign soil and Veteran affairs (DOD)
b) foreign relations (State Dept)…
c) the safety and efficacy of pharmaceuticals and medical devices (FDA)
d) International Intelligence (CIA)…
e) Domestic Security (Homeland Security and National Intelligence)
f) Monetary policy (printing money, Treasury)

Eliminate the majority of Federal agencies: Send these Federal employees home!
Dept of Energy:Failed to reduce our dependence on foreign oil.
Dept of Education: Education is a local and State issue… not a centralized government issue.
Dept of Agriculture: Let the free market determine farm markets. Free markets work!
Dept of Labor: Labor is a local issue.
Dept of Transportation: The FAA can handle aircraft issues. NTSB the rest.
Dept of Interior: Each State can handle its own affairs.
Dept of Commerce: Free markets work… government planning does not!
Dept of HHS: now a State issue.
Dept of Justice: now a State issue.

Any proposed new law must be published for public review for at least 30 days prior to any vote.

Congressional Representatives are subject to the same laws and programs as U.S. Citizens. No special retirement or healthcare programs specifically for Congressional Representatives.
Federal Taxes can never be more than 5% of individual or Corporate net income unless approved by a 2/3 majority of State Legislatures. No citizen should have to work more than ½ day for the Federal Government. (each State will develop its own tax policy)

I’ve made some suggestions that will reduce the size of the Federal Government and reverse the massive power grab we’ve experienced over the last 70 years. I’d like to hear your suggestions!

WOW… so V.P. Biden says the Republican Congressman’s shout out to Obama... “You Lie”… was ‘demeaning to the institution’. Did I hear him right… ‘Demeaning to Congress’… I don’t think the institution known as the U.S. Congress could be ‘demeaned’ any more than it already is. Congress has the lowest rating in history! In fact, I kind of like it when the opposition party members verbally points out a blatant lie… especially during prime time coverage. Watch the British Parliament for real verbal abuse!

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid called President Bush a loser and a liar. During a Tim Russert interview on December 5, 2004, Reid called President Bush a Liar and on May 6, 2005, Reid called President Bush a Loser in front of school children when the President was out of the Country on a foreign visit to Latvia. Of course Reid didn’t call Bush a liar and a loser to his face… no… he did it during an interview and a public event in front of children. Remember the Feb 2, 2004, State of the Union address, Democrats openly booed President Bush when he noted that Social Security would be bankrupt by 2042 (gee… a recent Congressional Budget Office estimates indicate Social Security could be bankrupt as soon as 2017). So were the Dems booing Bush because his date was wrong or because the system is going bankrupt and the Dems didn’t want that pointed out to the American public during the State of the Union.

What’s wrong with pointing out a blatant lie… even if it is during a prime time speech by the President! A lie to the American people is worst type of lie. The President is a known liar… need I point out the dozens of lies he has made to the public during his campaign and the 8 months of his administration? Just read some of my previous blogs… I’ve pointed out lie after lie after lie!

But let’s get to why a congressman called out… “You Lie” to the President. The President just made a statement that illegal’s would not be covered under his plan! (Hey… where is the President’s plan anyway? … Nobody has seen it… I know he referenced “His Plan” multiple times during that speech but nobody has seen it… So is that another lie… Anyway… for Obama to make the statement that illegal’s would not be covered... is a blatant lie to the American people. So what’s wrong with calling him on that lie? The Congressman didn’t call Obama a liar... (Although he is a liar)… he just said… “You Lie”… and the President WAS lying!!! So what's the problem?
The truth hurts! Boy... these Progressives get just a little sensitive when you point a problem with their leader's credibility!
