The 10th Amendment to the US Constitution states:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Under the Obama administration the citizens of the United States are experiencing an overwhelming expansion of Federal powers and intrusion into their lives by the Federal Government. States Rights under the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution is the means by which this massive expansion of power can be stopped.
